The Vijay Study Circle was established by Pawan Jha, who is the founder member of VSC, in the year 2002 as an Autonomous body with a view to established a bench-mark institution to achieve excellence in the toughest competitive exam in the country, i.e.
IAS which is now come to know as civil services Exam.Institute also provides coaching of different state PCS, TET Exams and other competitive examination advertise by time to time by Bihar & Jharkhand Government.
